HOW TO ORDER...

If you are interested in ordering a bespoke Pet Portrait please do not hesitate to get in touch. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

All I ask, is for you to send me as many photos of your Pet(s) as you can. I can then go through them and select the best one to create the most detailed/realistic painting possible (please note: the higher the quality photo the better the finished painting). I cannot work from blurry or bad quality images as I wouldn't be able to offer the high quality finished product that I aim for.

TWO OR MORE PETS ON ONE CANVAS/PORTRAIT

If you are ordering a Canvas or Portrait with more than one Pet I ask that, wherever possible, the photo has all Pets in the one photo, so please try to get as many photos as you can with all the Pets together. This makes for a much more natural finished painting as I feel adding Pets from various photos can look quite 'messy' on a canvas (but I do appreciate this is not always possible).

DEPOSIT

I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order.

These deposits are taken once we have discussed and confirmed your order. I will send all the details over to you for you to check and then the deposit is taken if/when you are happy to proceed. Deposits are also taken to cover supply costs.  I take payments through Bank Transfers or PayPal (details will be shown on Invoice). The remaining balance is due once your order is finished and just before I post it out to you.

ARE YOU KEPT INFORMED/UPDATED?

Yes! One of my main aims is to keep you as updated and informed as possible on the process of your order. I will begin by confirming your order to you, once you are happy and have paid the Deposit I will begin on your painting! I always give the option for me to send a photo of the outline drawing to you, so you can check you are happy with the layout etc before I start to paint. Once painting begins I like to keep in touch (every 4 - 6 weeks or so) and let you know how I am getting on (I do give the option of sending some update photos but most people prefer to wait to see the finished painting, but it is always an option if you would like to see the progression/stages of your painting).

ONCE I HAVE COMPLETED YOUR ORDER

Once your painting is complete I will let you know (and give you the option of seeing a photo of the finished painting or leaving it as a surprise)! I then ask for the remaining payment before I send the finished painting to you.

DELIVERY

All my prices INCLUDE delivery worldwide. I send all my Paintings so they have to be signed for and also so you have a tracking number (so you can keep updated with where your Portrait is). There are no hidden charges anywhere. 

TURNAROUND

Please allow 12 - 20 weeks for the artwork to be ready to post to you as it just depends on the amount of current orders I have. If you do require a painting by a specific date (i.e. a Birthday or Anniversary) then, wherever possible, I will try to get the painting to you by this date (additional charges may apply).

Terms & Conditions - Please note that due to the bespoke/unique nature of the orders I cannot offer exchanges or refunds. Once I have completed your order, I will send a photo of the finished painting/sketch to you, you are not obligated to purchase the painting if not satisfied and I will not ask for the remaining balance. The painting may be resold. Artist retains copyright unless other arrangements are made . Prints or other merchandise may be produced from final painting to sell to members of the public.
